Paper Types

Full Papers

6-8 pages presenting complete research work

Short Papers

4-6 pages for work in progress or preliminary results

Poster Papers

2-4 pages for poster presentations

Demo Papers

2-4 pages describing system demonstrations

Submission Guidelines

  1. Format Requirements:
    • Papers must be submitted in PDF format
    • Use IEEE conference template (available for download)
    • All papers must be written in English
    • Follow the page limits for each paper type
  2. Content Requirements:
    • Abstract (150-250 words)
    • Keywords (3-5 keywords)
    • Introduction and related work
    • Methodology and results
    • Conclusion and future work
    • References (IEEE format)
  3. Review Process:
    • All papers undergo double-blind peer review
    • Reviewers evaluate originality, significance, and clarity
    • Authors receive detailed feedback
    • Accepted papers require camera-ready submission

Important Notes

  • Papers must be original and not previously published
  • Simultaneous submission to other conferences is not allowed
  • All authors must register for the conference
  • At least one author must present the paper at the conference
  • Papers not presented will be excluded from the proceedings
